IGNORE_MAX_FANOUT_ASSIGNMENTS

Directs the Compiler to ignore the Maximum Fan-Out Assignments on a node, an entity, or the whole

design. For HCII migration, the Maximum Fan-Out assignments can cause mismatches in Revision

Compare. One can remove the Maximum Fan-Out assignments from the project but it is inconvenient/

impossible as some assignments are embedded in the HDL sources. One should turn on this assignment

to direct Quartus II to ignore the Maximum Fan-Out assignments.

This assignment is included in the Analysis & Synthesis report.
