IGNORE_CARRY_BUFFERS

Ignores CARRY_SUM buffers that are instantiated in the design. The Ignore CARRY Buffers option is

ignored if it is applied to anything other than an individual CARRY_SUM buffer or to a design entity

containing CARRY_SUM buffers. (This option also applies to MAX+PLUS II-style CARRY buffers.)
